  • .one file corrupted

    Hello folks,

I get the message in OneNote 2010 "OneNote cannot access the
notebook cache file. It may be corrupted. OneNote will restart and create a new cache file. Error code 0xE00001A3" When I hit OK then I get the error message "The notebook cache file is corrupted."

Is any opportunity to get rid of the error message and to repair OneNote file?

    any help...

Restore notes (.one) from a backup file

You can restore notebook sections or entire notebooks by using OneNote backup files. For each section that you restore, OneNote creates a new section in your notebook with the name Section Name (On Date), where Section Name is the name of the original section and Date is the date the section was last saved.

On the File menu, click Open Backup.

In the Open Backup dialog box, in the Backup folder, double-click the notebook folder that contains the file or files that you want to restore.

Select one or more backup files to restore, and then click Open.
